Job Description
AS Estimation and Consultants is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Calling Agents to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, perform accurate data entry, assess customer needs, engage in upselling opportunities, and meticulously document all interactions.
Qualifications: Must be proficient in English, possess strong communication skills, and have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment. Excellent data entry skills are essential.
