Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement audience segmentation.
- Report key metrics and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- A creative mindset with a focus on testing and improvement.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is advantageous.
