Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) Shift Engineer to oversee and monitor daily production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of equipment while upholding safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the operation of LABSA production equipment.
- Promptly address and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment assessments.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in chemical plant operations; LABSA experience is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills.
