Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Banking Helpline Agents for a prestigious telecom company. The role involves promptly handling customer calls and professionally addressing inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls in a timely manner.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain updated customer account information.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduation degree.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector.
- Preferred experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns.
