Job Description
We are expanding our Field Sales Team in Multan and seek talented individuals to enhance our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to source and secure new clients while managing existing relationships. This role requires close collaboration with clients and the ability to meet sales targets.
Compensation: Base salary + Daily Allowance + Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to current and prospective customers as per target objectives.
- Generate and follow leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within designated areas.
- Identify customer needs and propose business growth opportunities.
- Implement contracts effectively when necessary.
- Gather market intelligence to uncover new sales channels and optimize client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; candidates under 30 preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and account management with a focus on growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Fluency in English and excellent analytical abilities.
