Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and feedback over the phone. The ideal candidate will answer calls professionally and promptly, report issues to management, and follow up until resolutions are achieved. Responsibilities include making follow-up calls, greeting customers, processing mobile device repairs, and maintaining accurate records in our customer service management system.
