Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our GDS distribution company. Candidates with prior experience in travel agencies and familiarity with ticketing software are strongly encouraged to apply. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
The CSR will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and communications promptly.
- Clarifying information requests and processing transactions.
- Actively listening to and resolving client issues.
- Collaborating with regional offices to enhance customer service.
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers who have concerns.
- Maintaining spreadsheets for tracked issues and daily call logs.
- Updating capping as per GDS share requirements.
