Job Description

Dubizzle Labs is excited to announce the expansion of our engineering office in Pakistan and is on the lookout for a dedicated Operations Executive to become a vital part of our energetic team of over 400 professionals. In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a smooth order management process, upholding our commitment to provide exceptional value to customers across 10 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming customer orders on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance and dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with logistics for pickups and tracking.
• Proactively follow up on any delays and missing updates.
• Identify bottlenecks to achieve SLA compliance.
• Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
• Address queries from both sellers and customers.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
