Job Description
KFC Pakistan is looking for a skilled Call Center Assistant Manager to oversee our team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The successful candidate will establish and maintain service quality standards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing call center performance data, managing labor costs effectively, and resolving escalated customer issues. Additionally, collaboration with third-party call centers will be essential to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment are required. This is a full-time position with a competitive starting salary of Rs100,00.
