Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Fresh Basket. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management, product and display organization, inventory control, and customer service, while ensuring operational excellence throughout the store.

Ideal candidates will have previous retail management experience, preferably in grocery or produce, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. A solid understanding of fresh produce and proficiency in inventory management systems are essential. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, along with benefits including medical insurance, a provident fund, and paid annual leave.
