Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to welcome VIP guests and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences. This role involves maintaining lobby cleanliness and managing guest relations and complaints effectively, while collaborating with multiple departments to deliver unparalleled service.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field, alongside a minimum of 3 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a duty manager capacity. Proficiency in hotel management software and excellent public relations skills are vital. Please note that this position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
