Job Description
Hiring Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements for various positions and actively engage with candidates through diverse recruitment channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to efficiently manage candidate information.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
