Job Description
Solar Next is actively looking for a Trainee NOC Engineer to support our growing customer base and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our solar systems after installation. In this vital role, you will be an integral member of our After-Sales and Operations team.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the resolution of post-installation issues, offering technical support to customers, and coordinating maintenance efforts with field technicians. This position presents an excellent opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in the solar energy sector while enhancing your technical skills and customer service expertise.
