Job Description
Gourmet Foods is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with operations managers to address staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from job postings to onboarding procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries and ensuring precise maintenance of personnel records within the operations department.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and come equipped with robust recruitment expertise and outstanding communication skills. A minimum of one year of HR experience is essential.
