Job Description
Velosi is seeking a proactive and professional Female Front Desk Officer for a full-time, permanent position in Pakistan.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in communications or business management from a reputable university is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all communications at the front desk.
- Warmly greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage email inquiries.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
