Job Description
Delta Gulf LLC is looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment team. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements, sourcing high-quality candidates, and developing a robust candidate pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities: Crafting job descriptions, participating in job fairs, and keeping accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and expertise in social media recruitment strategies.
Location: Lahore, College Road | Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM | Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 monthly
