Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
We are looking for a dedicated Call Quality Assurance Officer to ensure exceptional service quality within our logistics call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing quality assurance procedures, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, generating detailed reports, identifying training requirements, and performing comprehensive call evaluations.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in call center QA, familiarity with QA methodologies, strong analytical abilities, and availability to work evening shifts.
