Job Description
We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Junior Accountant to become an integral part of our team. This role will focus on Invoicing and Sales Reporting, where you will be responsible for managing invoicing, delivery challans, and generating sales reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Prepare daily delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports.
- Process debit and credit notes while addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain precise financial records.
- Collaborate on process improvements and report sales to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, with a focus on invoicing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
