Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our outbound calling system. As an integral member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our daily objectives.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dialer systems and support overall sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialer performance and VoIP.
- Generate reports on campaign metrics and productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in dialer systems; knowledge of VoIP; excellent communication skills.
