Job Description
Gourmet Foods is searching for an Assistant Store Manager to take on a vital role in our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials essential for our production processes. Your key duties will include maintaining precise inventory records, collaborating with procurement and production teams, and managing stock rotation to reduce waste efficiently.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, with 5-6 years of experience in retail or industrial store management, ideally within a mechanical store environment.
