Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to enhance our presence on Reddit. The successful candidate will engage authentically within relevant subreddits, manage our official subreddit, and moderate content effectively. Building strong relationships with subreddit moderators is essential, as is monitoring brand mentions and trending topics to publish captivating content that supports our community. The Community Manager will also track sentiment and insights to inform strategic decisions, collaborate with the content team on discussions, and remain well-versed in Reddit culture.
Qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in community management or moderation and strong writing skills.
This is a full-time position with a compensation starting at Rs40,00 per month, requiring in-person work.
