Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is actively seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a minimum of intermediate education, and fluency in Urdu along with mid-level English proficiency.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- Confirming orders and providing customers with status updates.
- Generating sales and effectively promoting products.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
