Job Description
We are a dynamic team at REDot Studios looking for a motivated Chat Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer service through live chat. This role entails addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and engaging with potential clients online. The position is based on-site at our office located in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess Intermediate education or higher, demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, and exhibit confidence in online communication.
