Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our operations, enhance sales performance, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the store’s overall success, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Inspire and manage store staff, oversee daily operations, monitor inventory, implement sales strategies, and uphold superior customer service standards.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with over 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
