Job Description
Nexus95 is on the lookout for a talented Technical Recruiter with a minimum of one year of experience in IT recruitment. In this pivotal role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and assess candidates, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Assess technical competencies effectively.
