Job Description
Perfect Group is actively looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, exhibit patience, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of customer calls.
– Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
– Follow communication scripts and company protocols.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service preferred.
