Education Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (preferred), or B.Tech (Hons).
Experience:
We welcome fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve issues related to Cash Storage Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the defined turnaround time.
- Install and set up ATMs and CSMs.
- Utilize effective troubleshooting techniques to diagnose problems accurately.
- Conduct root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Prepare analytical reports and documentation for the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, and G&D systems.
