Job Description
HCM International is looking for a committed Officer to join our People Services department in Islamabad. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in onboarding and offboarding management, team leadership, and process enhancement. Your role will involve designing and refining workflows, guiding the People Services team, and optimizing HR processes through digital transformation.
Qualified applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
