Job Description
EpazzTech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team located in Johar Town, Lahore. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to facilitate smooth HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily HR activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements for this role include a high school diploma (with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), a minimum of 1 year of HR support experience, basic HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills.
