Job Description

In this vital role, you will provide data-driven solutions to customer-reported issues, ensuring compliance with established processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your key responsibilities will include identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, contributing to network stability, and addressing complex operational and technical challenges for designated customers.
Additionally, you will lead investigations to resolve customer issues, engage in on-site activities, and manage significant operational challenges. As a primary contact for Security Reviews, you will also share your expertise in security matters.
