Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing operating systems and software, maintaining computer networks, and upgrading hardware. You will manage wireless networks, conduct online meetings, and provide training for employees on new applications. Additionally, you will maintain inventory of hardware and software, offer online support during weekends, install and monitor CCTV systems, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office issues.
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, with 3 to 4 years of experience preferred. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00. The role requires in-person work at our location.
