Job Description

Pakistan Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production In-Charge to oversee our Offset Packaging division located in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complete production operations, focusing on maximizing productivity while maintaining stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the manufacturing processes, create and manage daily production schedules, lead production staff, ensure optimal utilization of machinery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in offset printing or packaging management. A strong expertise in Heidelberg, KBA, and Novacut machines is essential, along with proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
