Job Description
PromoGen is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. This remote position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a solid background in customer service, basic knowledge of vehicles, and experience with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide accurate service details, quotes, and assist with booking appointments.
- Demonstrate an understanding of vehicle types for pricing purposes.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Represent our brand with professionalism.
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Compensation: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
