Job Description
Urban Communications is seeking a dedicated full-time Cab Call Operator for our Islamabad location. As a Cab Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking cabs and managing dispatch operations effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, be proficient with iCabbi, and have prior experience in customer support and dispatching. You must be able to multi-task and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Salary starts at PKR 400 per hour, with potential for negotiation based on experience. We expect you to work 50 to 70 hours weekly.
