Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Customer Support Representative at Premio Travels & Tours. This full-time role is ideal for a courteous and committed individual who will act as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this capacity, you will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone.
- Promptly and professionally resolve product or service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information while following up on customer concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records and account details.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team as necessary.
