Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is on the lookout for a skilled General Manager of Factory Operations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, food engineering, or food technology, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG or food industry. Experience in managerial positions focusing on production, engineering, and supply chain management is required.
Key responsibilities include overseeing production processes, engineering maintenance, supply chain logistics, and inventory management. Candidates should have a proven track record of meeting both local and export order targets, supported by strong professional references.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site; applicants must be able to commute to the SITE Area.
