Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and skilled International Caller for the position of Customer Support Agent. This role primarily involves making outbound calls for our clients in the United States.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
