Job Description

AF IT Business Services is currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to oversee essential HR functions. The role includes key responsibilities such as:

• Downloading and preparing probation evaluation forms and confirmation letters.
• Drafting letters for resignation acceptance and retirement notifications.
• Managing leave and allowance requests, while updating employee work schedules.
• Providing assistance to the UAE ES team as required.

Technical Skills Required: Candidates must be proficient in Oracle and Excel, familiar with TA software, and knowledgeable of UAE regulations, with excellent English communication skills.
