Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to become a key member of our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews diligently.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers while maintaining the candidate database.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 1-3 years of recruitment experience; outstanding communication skills.
