Job Description
AAM Feast is currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of food quality, deliver exceptional customer service, and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address any complaints.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage budgeting and meet profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
