Job Description
MUSTAFA DEVELOPERS is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our daily production operations and ensure optimal output levels. In this role, you will oversee production staff and workflows while ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of production management experience, ideally within the beverage or bottled water sectors. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for this position.
