Job Description
Advance Tech is on the lookout for a proactive and confident female Customer Support Officer. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client engagement, preparing quotes, and managing social media platforms. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to apply. This is an in-house role, with no requirements for site visits.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls, promoting products, preparing quotations, managing social media accounts, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with social media. Graphic design skills are a plus.
