Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Datacenter Storage Engineer to oversee operations within Storage Data Protection environments. In this role, you will monitor and report first-level incidents and alerts, perform basic administration using standard work instructions, and support team efforts in new builds, administration, and decommissioning activities. Your contributions to capacity performance reports will be essential.
This position will also require acting as an escalation point for technical guidance during major incidents and change planning. You will be a subject matter expert in incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
