Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
- Identify dependable suppliers and acquire goods/services.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Material Requests (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement practices adhere to quality standards.
- Build strong vendor relationships for effective collaboration.
- Monitor purchase orders to guarantee timely deliveries.
