Job Description
Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking an Assistant Manager of Training to spearhead and oversee training initiatives within our organization. This critical position involves the development of training curricula and competency assessments. As the Assistant Manager, you will conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions, design competency-based evaluations, and update training materials to comply with national and international standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role. This full-time position is based in Karachi, and applicants should be prepared to commute or relocate as necessary.
