Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is looking for a committed Chat Support Representative to handle client interactions via Facebook Messenger. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and strive to achieve customer satisfaction through chat support.
Shifts are available Monday to Saturday, with the following time slots: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Candidates should be able to work either of these shifts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills in English and a basic familiarity with Facebook Messenger. Prior experience in online customer support is advantageous.
Salary ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month.
