Job Description
Role Description
The Cloud & Infrastructure Management Specialist will manage, administer, and update SUGs and ADRs for workstation patch deployments. Responsibilities include validating successful patch implementations and compliance, creating standard operating procedure documents for patching and vulnerability remediation, and conducting research on vendor-recommended mitigation solutions. The role also involves reviewing and cleaning up outdated patches from the MEMCM repository, utilizing the WSUS environment for managing patches, and providing support to frontend EUC Patch Technicians. Collaboration with OEM vendors and preparing patch compliance metrics reports is essential.
