ABN Overseas Education is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Call Center Executive to enhance our student counseling team. The ideal candidate will engage in outbound calls, provide guidance on educational programs, and support students throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries efficiently.
- Offer comprehensive information on courses, admission procedures, and career paths.
- Counsel students to help them make informed decisions regarding their education.
- Follow up with student inquiries to promote enrollment.
