Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is excited to invite applications for the position of Payroll Officer cum HR Officer, with a primary emphasis on Payroll Management. The successful candidate will manage payroll operations for a significant government project, overseeing a workforce comprised of daily wage employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive payroll processing for daily wage staff.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain precise payroll records and address discrepancies.
- Assist HR with attendance management and employee relations.
- Enhance payroll systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in payroll or HR.
- Strong understanding of labor laws in Pakistan.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
