Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Manager to lead our sales teams in Sahiwal. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, devising effective strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, 3-5 years of relevant experience, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate must also be willing to travel frequently.
Salary range is Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with fuel allowance and performance-based commissions. This is a full-time, in-person position.
